Indigo in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a Specialist, Payroll to ensure timely processing of high-volume hourly and salaried payrolls across Canada, with occasional US payroll responsibilities. You will review data uploads, process changes, and prepare ROEs, T4s/W-2s, and government remittances, while collaborating with HR, Finance and store teams.
The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting/finance or HR, at least 3 years payroll experience, and proficiency in UKG and Excel.

The Specialist, Payroll ensures timely and accurate processing of high-volume hourly and salaried payrolls, including review of automated data uploads, processing status change forms, legislated employee remittances and Records of Employment.
Reports to: Manager, Payroll
