Job summary

TFI Food Equipment Solutions is seeking a Payroll & HR Supervisor to own the full payroll cycle across Bolton and Mississauga, Ontario. This role also supports core HR functions from hire to departure in a hybrid setting.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of payroll experience, solid knowledge of Canadian payroll rules, and proficiency with payroll/HRIS systems. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between offices.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and Ontario employment standards.
• Experience with HR generalist functions (recruitment, onboarding, benefits).

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Manage new hires, terminations, and status changes.
• Administer deductions, remittances, ROEs, and year-end payroll activities.
