Collabera in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a 12-month contract, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will manage biweekly payroll processing, maintain accurate payroll records, and respond to employee inquiries. Confidentiality and accuracy are essential.

Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in Canada is required; PCP designation is a plus. Pay ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, with benefits consistent with contract roles and local laws.

Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON M2J 5C2 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)

Pay Range: $20/hr. -$21/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll administration experience, preferably within Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation is an asset.
