About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Payroll Compliance Advisor to join the Regulatory and Tax Research team and ensure our payroll software complies with evolving regulations in Canada. The team monitors, analyzes, and collaborates with product development to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include :

• Research and interpret compliance requirements, translating them into actionable steps for our development teams.
• Deep dive into Canadian payroll tax updates and regulations.
• Stay updated on compliance mandates, forms, tax calculations, and wage regulations.
• Analyze changes and create documentation for product integration.
• Collaborate with the EPIC Product Team and other stakeholders.
• Train and educate stakeholders on regulatory impacts.
• Communicate complex requirements clearly and accurately.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Canadian payroll compliance or similar role.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and proficient in Microsoft Office and research databases.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working with Canadian government agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with UKG Pro Payroll is a plus.
