Job summary

You will ensure data accuracy, manage year-end processes, respond to payroll inquiries, and maintain confidential employee records while collaborating with the HR and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; knowledge of payroll systems.
• Bilingual in French and English; strong confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for a group of entities.
• Validate payroll data and maintain employee records.
• Prepare ROEs and tax slips; handle garnishments and deductions.
• Respond to payroll-related questions from supervisors.
• Assist with year-end processes and audits.
• Administer benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Accounting; travel as needed.
