Canada Diagnostic Centres is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll and benefits across multiple provinces from our Calgary/Edmonton footprint. You will serve as the payroll data expert, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
You will support HRIS data integrity, respond to inquiries with professionalism, and contribute to process improvements in a healthcare environment focused on remarkable care and service.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for accurate and timely administration of payroll and employee benefits, serving as a key point of expertise for payroll and employee data. You will manage day-to-day payroll transactions, validate information entered into the payroll system by the People & Culture team, pull relevant reporting, and ensure payroll & benefits processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable provincial legislation and company policy.
The People & Culture team is committed to providing a high level of care and service to our employees. In this role, you will be a trusted point of contact for payroll and benefit related questions and support, responding to phone calls and emails with kindness, professionalism, and accurate information. You will help ensure payroll processes are timely and accurate, and contribute to HRIS enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.
