Profound Medical is seeking a Payroll & HR Systems Specialist to administer payroll for Canada and the United States, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to maintain data integrity and support payroll activities across locations, including benefits and year-end processes.
The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, with strong knowledge of Canadian and multi-state U.S. payroll, payroll accounting, and HRIS integrations.

The Payroll & HR Systems Specialist is responsible for accurate, compliant payroll administration across Canada and the United States, coordination of international payroll changes, and continuous improvement of payroll and HR systems. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Sales Operations, employees, and external providers to keep payroll data, reporting, and processes reliable and efficient.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $75,000 -$90,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and job-related factors. This role may also be eligible for participation in the company’s benefits programs, such as a group RRSP and medical benefits paid by the employer.
