The Portfolio Group is seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator in Winnipeg, MB to join the finance team. This role handles end-to-end payroll for 250 employees, with a focus on Manitoba provincial processing, year-end T4s, and accurate journal entries.

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Working model: 5 days onsite

Our client within the manufacturing space is eagerly seeking to hire an experienced payroll & benefits administrator to join their finance team.

Overview:

• Experienced payroll professional with strong provincial processing knowledge for MB
• Previous year end T4 experience, payroll audits and journal entry experience are considered an asset.
• Ability to independently manage end to end payroll for 250 employees, a mix of hourly and salaried
• Experience working with governing bodies such as WCB, CRA etc for filings
• Benefits administration experience is considered an asset
• Strong communication, seeking a confident candidate who can act as the subject matter expert for all things payroll within the organization.
• PCP certification or equivalent is considered an asset
