Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Respond to Payroll emails and phone calls
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HRIS and Payroll providers
  • Communicate and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders such as CRA, Service Canada, etc.
  • Execute various exception reports to identify payroll errors
  • Print and distribute pay statements and tax statements as required
  • Ensure all payroll master data records are maintained
  • Complete scanning of payroll documents as required
  • Act as an ambassador for Payroll solutions within HR and the Organization

Experience:

  • 2+ years of Candidan payroll experience is required
  • Experience in UKG is considered an asset

Base Salary:$23-26+ per hour

  • Compensation is based on experience

Work Hours:

  • 30 hours per week (+/-)
  • Monday to Friday availability

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
