Job description

As a Payments Specialist, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.


What do you need to have?

  • Demonstrates sound judgment in daily decision making.
  • Experience with either clinical site or investigator payments
  • Process and review vendor payments.
  • Sufficient working knowledge of systems to train new starters.
  • Effectively utilizes technical skills.
  • Contributes to the CD&F process.
  • Excels in priority management.
  • Grants Manager or Grants Plan experience is a plus.

  • Proven ability to use MS Office suite applications including Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English; proficiency in host country language required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of CRO or Pharma experience with clinical or vendor payments.
