Job summary

Qualifications

College Diploma or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
Previous billing or contact billing experience is an asset.
Strong data entry and accuracy in payment processing.
Effective communication with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

Process and verify payments, reconcile bank deposits, and verify deposit totals.
Prepare payments for the automated chequing system.
Record and post manual payments in the accounting system.
Prepare, compile, reports and cheques.
Review daily cash reports and resolve discrepancies.
Verify banking information, amend payment schedules, and process refunds.
