Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end financial transaction processing and reconciliation with SLAs.
Lead back-office operations for Customer Payment Solutions team.
Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management in payments.
Drive payment strategy initiatives to improve cost efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and vendors to advance automation and modernization.
Monitor vendor performance and SLAs; manage banking relationships.
