Job summary

Harlow Payments is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Operations Specialist for our in-office team in Montreal. You will handle merchant account updates, pricing adjustments, and cross- department workflows to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 2–5 years in payments or operations, strong English communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel. French language skills are a plus, with experience across multiple platforms encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in operations or payments.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Microsoft Word/ Excel proficiency.
• Comfort learning multiple platforms.
• Merchant services or T-SYS, Fiserv, Elavon, Repay experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are preferred.
• Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners who are based in the US.
