McKesson Canada is seeking a Program Supervisor, Patient Support Services to lead a team delivering patient support and case management within pharmaceutical programs. You will oversee daily operations, coaching, scheduling, and KPI monitoring to ensure timely, accurate patient assistance.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare or PSP environments, supervisory experience, and strong collaboration with cross-functional partners. ET-aligned hours and a Canada-wide scope are expected.

Competenze

• 3+ years of healthcare/pharma PSP or related experience with supervisory capabilities.
• Experience in patient support programs or case management in a contact centre environment.
• Knowledge of drug reimbursement, insurance coverage, financial assistance, or medication access.
• Experience with staff scheduling/workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Proficient in MS Office and data/reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to a team delivering patient support and case management services.
• Oversee workflow, staffing schedules and resource allocation to maintain program coverage and service levels.
• Support contact centre operations with hours 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. ET, Mon–Fri, with occasional weekends.
• Handle escalated inquiries, including complex cases needing supervisory intervention.
• Monitor performance metrics and escalate trends to the Program Manager as needed.
• Coach and support performance management, development planning and goal setting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and patient experiences.
• Note: Perform other related duties as required.
