Overview

FYidoctors Whistler clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a casual role working 0-19 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out, and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset

Compensation and Additional Information

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $19.19 to $19.96 hourly, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
