Job summary

FYidoctors, a division of FYihealth group, Sechelt clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support to our patients in a collaborative, patient-first environment. This full-time role runs 30-40 hours per week, with operations Monday to Friday and a planned end date of August 31, 2027.

You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, assist with pre-testing, coordinate appointments, and support billing and eyewear services while maintaining a welcoming

Qualifications

• Retail experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors Sechelt - Sunshine Coast clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a full-time role until August 31st, 2027, working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset
