FYidoctors Calgary - Harvest Hills clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver outstanding service and support to patients. This part-time role (20–29 hours/week) involves greeting patients, assisting with check-in/out, and helping with pre-testing and eyewear related tasks.

The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, be proficient with MS Office, and demonstrate teamwork.

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a part-time role working 20-29hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
