  • Respond to routine inquiries from patients, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Track and document program activities, including required safety and compliance records.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet service-level timelines in a high-volume environment.
  • Follow SOPs, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with reporting, data validation, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient support delivery.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Patient Services Associate to support patient support programs across Canada. This is an entry-level administrative and customer support role focused on data accuracy, patient enrollment, and communication with patients and healthcare providers.

In this position, you will manage patient information, respond to inquiries, and support program operations to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do:

Basic Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or data entry.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
  • Experience in a call centre, healthcare, or patient support program (PSP).
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare environment.
  • Exposure to insurance, reimbursement, or patient assistance programs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Work Environment / Requirements:
  • Desk-based position requiring extended computer and phone use.
  • Fast-paced, high-volume environment with defined processes and deadlines.
  • Program hours are 8am to 8pm EST.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
