Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Burlington for a full-time, in-person role. You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, professional service and guiding patients through visits with care and efficiency.

You will handle calls, bookings, payments, and patient information while collaborating with clinicians and staff to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every patient.

Competenze

• Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical or dental clinics, spas, salons, or other customer service roles is an asset.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Ability to create a welcoming, professional first impression.

Experience

Availability

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Applicants Must

• Be available for shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
• Be comfortable travelling to our Burlington, Oakville and Mississauga Clinics as business needs require.
