Skin Vitality Medical Clinic in Ajax, Ontario is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming first contact, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and memorable patient visit.

The role involves handling calls, inquiries, scheduling, check-in/check-out, payments, and coordinating with doctors and staff to keep operations running smoothly. A customer-service mindset and professional communication are essential.

Experience

Availability

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Applicants Must

• Be available for shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
• Be comfortable travelling to our Ajax and Whitby Clinics as business needs require.
