University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Patient Resource Coordinator (RPN) for the Multi Organ Transplant Outpatient Unit at Toronto General Hospital. This temporary part-time position supports clinic operations with 18.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at a wage range of $45.85–$57.31 per hour.
The role focuses on patient rooming, vital signs, nursing assessments, wound care, education, and medication reconciliation to maintain efficient, patient-centered care within the transplant
