Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm first impression.

  • Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including scheduling and cancellations.
  • Process referral letters and organize patient records.
  • Assist with billing, insurance claims, and fee inquiries in a professional manner.
