Job summary

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres in Milton, Ontario, is seeking a Patient Care Representative to be the first point of contact in the clinic, managing reception and patient flow while supporting physicians and staff.

You will maintain patient records, assist with procedures, and uphold infection control and PHIPA guidelines. Requires 0–2 years of related experience and a Diploma in Medical Office Administration, plus 35 wpm typing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
• Strong command of English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team.
• Adherence to PHIPA.
• CPR & First Aid certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and reception duties.
• Schedule appointments and register procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing.
• Provide support to physicians and clinic staff.
• Ensure infection prevention and control guidelines in daily tasks.
