WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking an administrative services assistant in Calgary to support patient intake and EMR updates. You will greet patients, confirm demographics, update physicians, and ensure accurate finalization of reports with strict confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in medical office settings, strong organization and interpersonal skills, and a positive, collaborative attitude. CPR certification is an asset.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of related experience in a medical office setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• A cheerful, positive attitude and the ability to work with others and independently with respect and kindness.
• Current CPR certificate and AED are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and greet patients promptly and professionally by phone and in person.
• Determine visit reason and confirm/update patient demographics in the EMR.
• Update attending physician information and electronic status of patients.
• Provide administrative support during medical emergencies.
• Enter finalized reports into the EMR system with accurate patient matching.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy policies.
• Communicate with physicians and team members when clarification is needed.
• Keep waiting areas clean and orderly and ensure site safety at day end.
