• Performs Medicare compliance reviews and issues ABNs as needed.
• Estimates patient financial responsibility and collects or sets up payment plans.
• Coordinates with utilization management for pre-authorization issues.
• Registers patients for services, ensuring accuracy and avoiding duplicate records.
