Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Experience in customer service and revenue cycle in healthcare preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABN as needed.
- Register patients for services and collect demographics and insurance details.
- Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization and verify eligibility/benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service and document conversations with patients and insurers.
- Attend meetings and cover PBX/C cashiering duties as required.
