Job summary

Our Montreal office is currently looking for a bilingual Patent Agent, Patent Agent Trainee, or Patent Lawyer to join our national EICT Patent group. In this role, you will work closely with world‑class leaders in IP helping our team create business value by managing, obtaining, and leveraging IP assets for the benefit of our clients. Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, and/or PhD in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Patent Agent or Patent Agent Trainee
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, client‑facing, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities
• Bilingual: strong written and spoken English and French
