Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Outaouais, Quebec, is seeking a pastry chef-decorator who loves cake decoration and presenting desserts. This role offers day and evening shifts, with 10–25 hours per week and training opportunities.

You will respond to customers, promote bakery sales, plan production and manage purchases to ensure quality and profitability. Training courses are provided to develop and advance.

Qualifications

• Experience in cake preparation and decoration.
• Ability to engage customers and suggest product options.
• Strong planning to ensure product availability and freshness.
• Knowledge of selecting dry goods and perishable items to maintain quality.
