Duties

- Assist in the overall food preparation process, including mixing, baking, and packaging finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries about menu items and taking special orders as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a pastry or baking role within a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in cake decorating and an understanding of various baking techniques.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
