Comairco is seeking a Parts & Warehouse Coordinator for the Sudbury, ON location to manage incoming/outgoing shipments, inventory control, and parts prep for service orders. You will work closely with service teams, maintain accurate records, and support customer inquiries with a professional, organized approach.

The role emphasizes strong Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and safety in a busy warehouse.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Experience coordinating parts for service teams or customer orders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A forklift certification (an asset).
• Experience working with inventory or ERP systems (an asset).

Mansioni

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and equipment.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
• Pick and prepare parts for service work orders and customer deliveries.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and at the counter.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes for parts sales.
• Research pricing and manage part orders with suppliers.
• Process invoices, credits, and delivery charges in a timely manner.
• Support month-end billing and documentation review.
• Other duties assigned.
