Job summary

Comairco is seeking a Service Coordinator at the Laval branch for a temporary position renewable in 3-month increments. The role involves coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and maintaining records to support customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have post-secondary training and 3–5 years in service coordination, fluent in French and English. Salary is based on experience; benefits include telemedicine and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a service coordination role.
• Post-secondary education; technical or mechanical training is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication in French and English, by phone, email and in person.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation, initiative and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Windows including Excel, POS and AX systems.

• Proactively monitor service agreements;
• Coordinate appointments with customers;
• Schedule technicians for various service calls;
• Keep information up to date in the computer system;
• Process warranty claims, when applicable;
• Order and follow up on parts for work orders;
• Provide excellent customer service to promote customer retention;
• Promote the company’s products, services and image.
