Job Description

• Hours will be Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm.

  The position pays $27.52 per hour plus an afternoon shift premium.

• Must have data entry skills including invoicing and crediting; operating system knowledge is an asset.
• Computer skills, typing, email communications, parts research, managing spreadsheets.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Operate a forklift.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Cycle counts.
• Stock ordering.
• Stock usage forecasting (daily/weekly).
• Housekeeping skills (cleaning stock room).

Qualifications

• Minimum valid class G driver’s license and asset.
• Minimum 1 year of parts experience in the automotive or transportation industry.
• Basic math skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift medium-weight objects.
• Attention to detail in parts cataloging and electronic inventory systems.
• Ability to deal effectively with mechanics.
• Must be able to provide a clean criminal record search.
• Must provide two reference checks from recent employers.
