Steele Auto Group – Halifax Chrysler is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Halifax, NS. You will help customers find the right parts, answer inquiries, and coordinate parts orders to support the service department.

Your role includes inventory counts, supplier coordination, and ensuring accurate pricing and availability information. Ideal candidates have parts experience or strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

As a Parts Advisor at Steele Halifax Chrysler, you will be an essential part of our service experience, ensuring every vehicle is equipped with the right components and every client receives the expert guidance they deserve. You will greet customers with professionalism, assist with parts inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information on availability, pricing, and installation. From sourcing the right parts to coordinating orders and supporting the service team, you will help keep both vehicles and client relationships running seamlessly. If you have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this is your opportunity to grow with a brand that defines automotive excellence.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.20 - $22.05

What You Will Do

• Provide assistance to customers, answering questions and guiding them on parts and options
• Order and track parts for clients with ongoing vehicle repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate and work as a team with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
• Accurately process parts orders
• Conduct regular inventory counts/checks
• Continue to ensure collaboration with suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships

Requirements

• Previous parts experience considered an asset.
• Strong customer service skills in person as well as over the phone
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office software
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• A strong attention to detail and the drive to learn
