Qualifications

• Serve customers at the parts counter by understanding requirements and locating the correct part.
• Assist customers in determining required parts using expert knowledge and company resources.
• Improve repair success by offering advice and inquiring about related parts.
• Handle incoming parts calls across product lines.
• Provide written quotes to customers in a timely fashion and follow up on quotes.
• Follow up on special orders and advise customers promptly when received.
• Ensure billing accuracy when charging parts to work orders.
• Keep current on new products and models and upgrade parts knowledge.
