Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies at Mercedes-Benz Boundary in Vancouver is seeking a Parts Runner to support the Parts Department with timely pick-up, delivery, and movement of parts and materials. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will coordinate transportation between the dealership, satellite workshops, and external partners.

The expected pay for this position is CAD 44,336.87 annually. Workdays and hours are scheduled at management discretion, and a valid BC driver’s license with a current ICBC

Qualifications

• Must have Valid British Columbia Driver’s License.
• Must be able to provide a current ICBC Driver’s Abstract.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a time-sensitive environment.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts and items for the Parts Department.
• Prepare, pick, and organize internal and wholesale orders as required.
• Serve as a liaison supporting inventory and information flow to satellite workshops.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including handling parts coming in and out.
• Maintain accurate handling of parts to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.
• Support department with organizational and operational tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

The Parts Runner at Mercedes-Benz Boundary plays an essential role within the Parts Department, supporting efficient dealership operations by ensuring timely pick‑up, delivery, and movement of parts and materials. Reporting to the Parts Manager, this position contributes directly to workflow efficiency, customer satisfaction, and departmental accuracy by coordinating transportation of items between the dealership, satellite workshops, and external partners. Workdays and hours are scheduled at the discretion of Management.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts and other required items on behalf of the Parts Department.
• Prepare, pick, and organize internal and wholesale orders as required.
• Serve as a liaison supporting inventory and information flow to satellite workshops.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including handling incoming and outgoing parts.
• Maintain accurate handling of parts to ensure timely delivery and departmental efficiency.
• Support the department with organizational and operational tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License.
• Ability to provide a current ICBC Driver’s Abstract (driver’s record).
• Ability to operate assigned equipment safely and responsibly.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
