Job summary

E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment Company, is seeking a Parts Person for our Radville branch. The role involves managing parts inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have experience with agriculture, construction and heavy‑duty parts, basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift and handle parts and equipment. Training opportunities and a competitive compensation package are offered.

E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment Company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Parts Person at our Radville branch.

At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.

This role is responsible for managing our parts inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring that our stock levels are maintained efficiently.

Key Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Assist customers in identifying and locating the parts they need.
• To maintain and manage parts inventory, including ordering and restocking parts as needed.
• Process orders and handle customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
• Ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and efficiently run.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous experience with agriculture, construction and heavy-duty parts is preferred but not essential.
• Functional level of computer literacy.
• Ability to lift and handle parts and equipment as required.
