Base pay range

CA$75,000.00 / yr - CA$88,000.00 / yr

Are you a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Parts Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Altruck International Truck Centres is looking for a proven leader to join our Kitchener branch, driving sales growth, improving operations, and leading a high-performing team in our parts department.

What You’ll Do :

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of parts professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
2. Manage parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstock / shortages.
3. Analyze sales trends to develop strategies and improve product offerings.
4. Foster strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams—especially service departments.
5. Monitor department performance, budgets, and expenses to ensure profitability.
6. Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure a safe, compliant, and customer-first workplace culture.

What You Bring :

1. 5+ years of experience in parts or inventory management (preferably in heavy-duty truck parts).
2. Proven leadership skills with a track record of meeting sales and operational targets.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder groups.
4. Familiarity with CDK business systems (an asset).
5. Proficiency in inventory control systems and analytics tools.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7. Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract (required).
