Nors Group in Thunder Bay is seeking a Parts Specialist to join our Parts team. You will assist Technicians with parts ordering, entry, procurement, and customer service for warranty and returns inquiries.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, timely vendor ordering, and on-call rotation; candidates should have post-secondary education or relevant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary diploma or relevant work experience.
• Experience in a similar role with customer service and sales.
• Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Process parts orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide high level customer service at the Parts counter.
• Maintain physical inventory accuracy and perform daily cycle counts.
• Answer phones with professionalism and urgency.
• Place timely orders from vendors to fulfill customers.
• Process returns and credits promptly.
• Proactively contact customers to increase part sales.
• Track backorders and assist with recovery.
• Support Parts and Service Department as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
