• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating unresolved issues as needed
• Identify, source, order, and track parts while ensuring accurate billing and timely delivery
• Receive, store, manage, and reallocate parts, processing returns as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, work orders, and system updates
• Support inventory management through counts, audits, and process improvements

Availability

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Friday, and shifts between 6:30am to 5:00pm

Compensation

$16.50/hr - $17.50/hr
