Job summary

Foss Group of Companies, a parent to Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler, is seeking a Parts Advisor to support retail customers, wholesale accounts, and service technicians with expert knowledge and high-energy service.

You will help customers select parts, answer calls, take orders, stock inventory, and ensure accurate parts delivery while maintaining high standards of service. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, plus growth opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Automotive Parts experience.
• Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and multi-task.
• Able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select parts and provide high-quality service; identifying and ordering the correct parts.
• Answer telephone calls, provide price quotes and any other information needed.
• Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts.
• Receive payments from retail customers.
• Handle customer concerns immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
• Stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjust inventory system.
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Deliver parts to wholesale accounts.
• Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
