Leggat Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Leggat Kia. The role offers base pay with a generous upside bonus driven by service volume and customer service excellence.

The position emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Experience with CDK/PBS is considered an asset, with opportunities for growth within the Leggat group.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
• Answer questions or concerns from customers.
• Liaise with automotive technicians to understand vehicle progress.
• Ensure customer vehicles are properly cared for and updates provided.
• Complete follow-up to address any further questions about repairs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Leggat KIA is looking for a Service Advisor! Excellent earning potential with a base pay and generous upside bonus structure driven by increasing business volume and excellence in customer service performance.

Compensation : Base Pay plus bonus with on Target Earnings of $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Your Role:

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
  
• Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
  
• Understand the progress of work being done on customer vehicles by liaising with automotive technicians.
  
• Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
  
• Complete a follow-up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
  
• Additional duties assigned.
