Job summary

Northern Roads Auto Group’s Belleville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a dependable Parts Person to support customers and technicians with parts selection, quotes and order processing. The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy parts department.

Automotive parts experience is an asset, and transferable retail skills with a strong interest in learning the automotive parts business are welcome. On-site work with flexible shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Help retail customers, service technicians and advisors find the right parts.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the parts counter and by phone.
• Look up parts, confirm fitment and availability, and prepare quotes.
• Receive, inspect, label and organize parts shipments.
• Process orders, invoices, returns and warranty-related parts as required.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized and running smoothly.
• Communicate with service and sales teams to meet customer needs.
• Handle several requests at once with accuracy.
• Use good judgment and problem-solving when issues arise.

Belleville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Person to join our team. Automotive parts experience is an asset, but we’re also interested in candidates with retail or over-the-counter experience who enjoy helping people, staying organized and learning something new.

What you’ll do:

Automotive parts experience is an asset. Experience with PBS or Mopar parts systems is a plus, but it’s not required. We’re happy to consider candidates with transferable retail experience and a strong interest in learning the automotive parts business.
