MaintainX powers operational excellence for 10,000+ businesses including Duracell, Univar Solutions Inc., Titan America, McDonald's, Brenntag, Cintas, Xylem, and Shell.

We've raised $104 million in venture capital following a recent Series C funding round led by Bain Capital Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, August Capital, Amity Ventures, Ridge Ventures as well as CEO’s from GE, Twilio, Coupa, Toast and PagerDuty.

We’re seeking an experienced Partnership Channel Manager to join our dynamic Partnerships team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving growth through strategic partner engagement and partner sales management. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with new and existing channel partners, ensuring their success, and aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate brings expertise in managing large-scale partner relationships and a demonstrated track record of successfully growing channel partner accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • End-to-End Partner Management - You will own all aspects of the partner relationship, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams.
  • Partner Recruitment and Growth - You will help to build new revenue channels by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, while also managing and elevating existing relationships. Your focus will be on cultivating long-term, strategic partnerships, with a goal of driving mutual growth and maximizing partner engagement and revenue streams.

About you:

  • 3-6 years of partnerships and/or account management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, with at least a year working with large accounts in a quota-carrying role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and grow large partner relationships (>$100k ARR).
  • Strong business generalist who is comfortable working in an ambiguous high growth environment with new, untested products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Industrial Operations.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in the manufacturing and/or industrial sectors.
  • Experience with sales and CRM tech stacks: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, or similar platforms.
  • Background in CMMS, facility operations software, IIoT, or industrial OEMs.
  • Experience with SQL or other data tools.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • You’ll work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values, Smart Humble Optimist.
  • We believe in meritocracy, where ideas and effort are publicly celebrated.
