The Partnerships Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving new business growth across Ryse Solutions' portfolio of environmental compliance, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), recycling, reporting, and circular economy programs.
This is a hunting‑focused role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, building relationships, and converting new business. The successful candidate will proactively develop a pipeline of producer organizations across multiple industries and help position Ryse Solutions as a trusted compliance and sustainability partner.
Working closely with the Commercial, Compliance, Operations, and Client Success teams, the Business Development Specialist will identify market opportunities, understand client challenges, develop commercial solutions, and secure long‑term client relationships
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/year
