Job summary

Amartha is seeking a Mid-Senior level Partnership Manager to drive the expansion of its supplier base in the IT Services industry. About The Team

Agent Network is currently expanding, targeting more than 20x growth in 2025. To win the market, we need to expand our supplier base to develop a competitive platform. The goals for the Partnership team are competitiveness, completeness, and availability.

Responsibilities
Onboarding new suppliers
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, identify potential products and suppliers
  • Build productive relationships with suppliers
  • Lead price negotiations (liaising with Procurement Team)
  • Lead contracting processes (liaising with Legal Team)
Managing supplier base
  • Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for suppliers
  • Develop monitoring tools
  • Establish effective communication channels for issue resolution
  • Conduct regular reporting to management
Managing supply operations
  • Monitor product availability, transaction success, and on-time platform performance
  • Manage vendor deposits
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • At least 4 years of experience managing partnerships in telco products or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong network in telco and PPOB industries
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Strong data analytical skills; query capabilities are a plus
  • Deep understanding of customer experience and business opportunity identification
