Job summary

Rocket Travel by Agoda in Winnipeg, Canada, seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support operations and partner services in a hybrid schedule. You will manage partner contracting, payments, and system administration while driving process improvements across commercial and operational teams.

You will coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Fraud, Finance, and Accounts Payables to ensure smooth contractual or financial facilitation, build knowledge base, and maintain high SLA performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Masters Degree.
• 1-5 years of experience.
• Analytical skills, able to build, interpret and action reports.
• Good project management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & MySQL, Salesforce or other systems.

Responsibilities

• Support: Handling of operations ticket inbound from our Commercial team and Partners.
• Projects: Drive medium-sized projects to improve efficiency, quality and partner experience.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Fraud, Finance and Accounts Payables to ensure contractual or financial facilitation.
• Apply critical thinking and independently drive improvements across the team.
• Share knowledge and best practices across teams and regions.
• Create and document processes to be followed by commercial and operational teams.
• Handle ticket inbound from Partners (Self Serve).
• Maintain high service levels according to SLA.
