Job description

Partner Marketing Data and Operations Manager

Regular Full-Time 300 Remote, CA

Salary Range: CA$95,000.00 To CA$105,000.00 Annually

Parallels has an immediate vacancy for this role.

This role sits in our Partner Marketing team and owns the operational side of the partner programme from start to finish: Salesforce reporting, campaign data, MDF, the partner portal, and the training and enablement content our partners rely on. You’ll be the person who keeps all of it running, knows where every number comes from, and turns partner data into insight the team can actually act on. It’s a hands‑on role with real ownership, so you’ll need to be highly organised and comfortable running several projects at once.

The top creative and technical minds could work anywhere. So why are so many of them choosing Parallels? Here are three reasons:

  • This is the moment. It’s an exciting time at Parallels, with strong leadership, a refreshed brand, and a whole new approach to changing the way the world works. We’re at the forefront of a movement, and we want you to ride this wave with us.

  • We want you to be you. Too often, companies tell you about their culture and then expect you to fit it. Our culture is built from the people who work here. We want you to feel safe to be who you are, take risks, and show us what you’ve got.

  • It’s your world. We know you have a life. We want to be part of it, but not all of it. At Parallels, we’re serious about empowering people to work when, how, and where they want. Couch? Sweatpants? Cool with us. We believe that happy employees mean happy customers. That’s why we hire amazing people and get out of their way.

As a Marketing Data and Ops Manager you will:

  • Own Salesforce reporting for Partner Marketing, designing, building and maintaining the dashboards and reports the team runs on

  • Pull, analyse and interpret partner data from Salesforce and the partner portal, and turn it into clear, actionable insight

  • Track and report on partner engagement, campaign performance and pipeline contribution, including regular MDF performance reporting by region

  • Campaign Data & Operations

    • Own campaign setup and data in Salesforce, making sure it’s accurate, complete and lined up with the Partner Marketing plan

    • Keep spreadsheets, Salesforce fields and trackers up to date

    • Work alongside Partner Marketing Managers to plan, run and measure campaigns

  • Own the MDF budget programme end to end, from claim submission through to financial reconciliation

  • Manage MDF-related leads and make sure proof of performance is collected and reviewed on time

  • Be the go-to person for MDF queries, keeping everything accurate and compliant

  • Partner Portal Management

    • Own the day-to‑day running of the partner portal, keeping content, data and partner records accurate and current

    • Own the setup of deals, MDF and training within the portal, and work with DevOps on CRM sync and integration

    • Be the first point of contact for portal queries, troubleshooting issues and working with internal teams to get them fixed

    • Manage partner access and profiles across all partner tiers

  • Training & Enablement Content

    • Load, organise and maintain partner training and enablement material in the portal, including courses, learning paths and certifications.

    • Work with Partner Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to get new and updated content live on time

  • Manage back‑end data syncing between Salesforce, the partner portal and our other marketing and BI tools

  • Spot and resolve data discrepancies between systems so partner and campaign data stays consistent and reliable

  • Work with Sales Operations and IT to maintain and improve data integration workflows

  • Document data processes and sync logic so the team always knows how things work

What YOUBring to the Team:

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, channel or partner marketing operations, or marketing analytics, ideally in B2B software

  • Strong hands‑on Salesforce experience, including building reports and dashboards from scratch

  • Experience managing a partner portal or PRM platform (Impartner or similar), including loading training and enablement content

  • Hands‑on experience managing budgets and MD, including claims and reconciliation

  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills. You can run several things at once, hit your deadlines and still keep on top of the detail

  • Very confident in Excel and comfortable working with data across different systems

  • A problem solver who notices when the numbers don’t add up and gets to the bottom of it

  • A clear communicator who’s happy working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and our partners

  • Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next

US:

  • We have millions of users and decades of innovation under our belts.

  • We offer a fully remote workspace. There is no pressure to work in an office whatsoever.

  • Hours are flexible, too! You’ve worked hard to build your life, and we don’t want you to give it up for work.

  • Our team is growing fast, and there’s a ton of energy and a lot of really smart, motivated, fun people ready to welcome you in.

(FYI, we’re lucky to have a lot of interest and we so appreciate your application, though please note that we’ll only contact you if you’ve been selected for an interview.)
