Responsibilities

• Directly manages cross-functional teams responsible for daily delivery and business performance.
• Monitors team and partner KPIs and takes corrective action as needed.
• Builds and maintains relationships with partners including insurance brokers and agencies.
• Develops and executes partner success strategy to drive growth in new and existing partnerships.
• Oversees day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality and compliance.
