Role Description

The Partner Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Whistler, BC, providing administrative and operational support to one or more real estate partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating client appointments and property showings, preparing listing and transaction documentation, and maintaining organized digital and physical files. The role involves handling phone and email communications, assisting with basic marketing materials and listing updates, and supporting client follow-up to ensure a smooth experience throughout the buying and selling process. The Partner Assistant may also help with data entry into real estate platforms, tracking key deadlines, and collaborating with internal team members and external stakeholders such as lawyers, lenders, and inspectors.
