Job summary

Oxford Learning Centres is seeking an Intermediate Trainer in Edmonton to support a Procurement System Modernization project. You will develop and deliver training to help staff adopt new systems, processes, and tools.

The role involves designing diverse training materials, facilitating sessions for varied audiences, and mentoring junior trainers. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering training in corporate or government environments.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating varied learning materials and resources.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop role-based training strategies.
• Design and deliver in-person, virtual, blended, and self-paced training.
• Create training materials including e-learning, videos, guides, and digital resources.
• Facilitate training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate complex systems into clear training content.
• Collaborate with business, technical teams, SMEs, and vendors.
• Manage multiple training projects, deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior trainers.
